Youth Program

Kaizen Run Club teaches students ages 5 and up, proper running techniques and basic running fundamentals.  Warm ups, stretches, drills and games are designed to help develop each student’s speed and endurance.

This eight (8) week program is designed to provide a fun, safe environment for students that will engage them in distance running. The program concludes with a 5k that is held locally in various schools and parks. Family and friends are welcomed and encouraged to join us for the 5k. 

Run Your First 5K

This is an entry level running class for ADULTS that has been designed for the individual who is currently not exercising and wants to get into shape!  Over the course of 12 weeks you will go from couch to 5K distance (3.1 miles).  Participants will learn the basics as you move consistently towards your goals.  The program consists of weekly email updates, a guided schedule, coached runs, as well as educational clinics.  Students who can only make 1 out of 2 weekly meetings can still participate as detailed assignments will be given for those who can not attend a given session.

Prerequisites:  you should be able to walk comfortably for 20 minutes before starting the class.  Also, please consult with a physician before starting this program or any exercise program.

Tuition - $100 - 12 week program - meets twice weekly
